Airbus 320 UAL flight 520 ORD-MSY landing

Landing into New Orleans Louis Armstrong airport. Not sure what caused the odd 'Waves' in the video. First time that occurred, and possibly the iPhone 6+'s optical image stabilization getting affected by the planes vibrations?

Lufthansa forced to cancel 520 long, medium-haul flights on Saturday

Lufthansa forced to cancel 520 long, medium-haul flights on Saturday

Cabin crew at Lufthansa have staged a second day of strikes in the German cities of Frankfurt and Dusseldorf to protest against their retirement benefits. The walkout forced the airline to cancel 520 short and medium-haul flights on Saturday. The airline says some 58,000 passengers will be affected. The week-long strike which started on Friday is meant to put pressure on the airline to secure benefits that allow flight attendants to retire early. The cabin crew union UFO has threatened to stage more walkouts this month unless the airline makes concessions. Reports say the walkout could drag Lufthansa back into the red after a quarter of economic growth. The airline’s shares have dropped four percent since the strike began.
