United Airlines Boeing 737-900 Landing at EWR

United Airlines Boeing 737-900 Landing at EWR

*Read the description for more information on this aircraft.* Landing at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) on a United Airlines (ex-Continental Airlines) Boeing 737-900. This was flight 1708 coming in from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). I was actually supposed to be on United flight 698 the day before from DFW-EWR, scheduled to run an Airbus A319, which I found surprising since they were running an original United aircraft on a flight formerly operated by Continental, though I guess they are allowed to run original United aircraft on ex-Continental flights and vice-versa now since the two airlines have merged. Flight 698 was cancelled, so I ended up on this one, originally supposed to run a 737-700, it actually ended up with a 737-900, possibly due to the amount of people moved to this flight from the cancelled ones (I heard there were more than one). Aircraft Info Model: Boeing 737-900 ( 737-924 ) Tail Number: Unknown
